Rental Conditions

Important information for safe use

  • The use of a bouncy castle must always be under the supervision of an adult.
  • A bouncy castle can also be damaged. Therefore, sharp/fragile objects, toys, liquids, food and shoes are not allowed.
  • The renter is responsible for the bouncy castle and compliance with the terms. The renter declares to have read and accepted the general conditions.
  • Bouncy castles should preferably be placed on stable but soft ground like grass. On hard surfaces, tarps are provided; the renter is responsible for anchoring.
  • Payment is cash or by transfer at delivery or pickup. Proof of payment may be requested. An invoice can be sent upon request.
  • The renter is always responsible for accidents and user safety during the rental period. The lessor can never be held liable for damage and accidents to third parties.
  • The renter is responsible for the rented items. Theft and damage are at the renter's expense.
  • The blower and air supply must always be clear and unobstructed. Keep at least 0.5 meters clear around the bouncy castle.
  • For multi-day rentals, bouncy castles and blowers must be stored dry and protected from weather and pests.
  • Rented items may under no circumstances be sublet. Installed bouncy castles must never be moved by the renter.
  • After use, rented items are inspected jointly. Damage costs are charged. Any defect must be reported immediately. The bouncy castle may not be used further.
  • It is forbidden to climb on the walls, roofs, etc. of the bouncy castle.
  • Bad Weather & Storm ProcedureUse is not permitted during thunderstorms/storms (max 4 Beaufort / 38km/h). In case of strong gusts:
    1. First let the water drain (if applicable).
    2. Deflate the castle and fold towers/walls inward.
    3. Fold the castle in half so no water can get in.
    4. Disconnect blower and cables and store them dry.

    Reinflate the castle as soon as possible after the weather to dry it.

  • Depending on weather conditions, the lessor may unilaterally cancel. A voucher will be arranged.
  • Cancellation: In persistent bad weather, cancellation is possible up to 24h before delivery. For other cancellations, 50% is converted to a voucher.
  • Pickup is on the same day until 10 PM or the next day by arrangement.
  • The renter must provide an extension cord; if not possible, we provide one.
  • If the bouncy castle is wet or dirty at pickup, cleaning/damage costs may be charged.
